Mr.  Eric R. Walker (Chief Executive Officer)

Mr.  Eric R. Walker is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of CNR Restorations Group, LLC.  Mr. Walker has successfully directed CNR’s strategic planning, business development, resources, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.  He brings more than 20 + years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Start up’s, Process Improvements & Implementation in the Manufacturing and Facilities environments.  Previously, Mr. Walker has provided Operations Management & Process Improvements by utilizing lean manufacturing principles in the Manufacturing Arena.  As a Division Manager, Mr. Walker managed over $2 million dollars of KAIZEN & KANBAN projects.

As the CEO of CNR, Mr. Walker successfully secured multiple contracts with the Department of the Army through subcontracting opportunities with Balfour Beatty in Facility Maintenance – A Military Housing Privatization Contractor at Fort Gordon in Augusta, GA.  Additionally, Mr. Walker secured subcontracts with American Building Maintenance in Dothan Alabama school system performing Floor Care Maintenance.  CNR also secured Facility Support Services Prime Contracting opportunities with the following:  Georgia Emergency Management Agency & Homeland Security, Georgia Department of Revenue, Georgia Secretary of State-Professional Licensing Board, U.S. Department of Agriculture, University of Georgia (Athens), Georgia Department of Transportation, and Several Manufacturing Companies as well.

Monica Walker (Sr. Administrator – CNR Restoration Group, LLC.)

Created many of the company employee policies/manual including training and development. Performed accounts receivable duties including invoicing, researching chargebacks, discrepancies and reconciliations. Composed and drafted all outgoing correspondence and reports for operation managers and the director of the company. Trained new employees on: company policies and procedures, safety training. Human Resources Administration. Payroll Management & Supervision.

Establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures. Scheduling and assigning specific duties/roles to cleaners and also ensuring that they are carried out expertly. Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials so as to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse. Providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties.
